Our team at Downeast Auto Body has spent the last several months reviewing and adjusting every aspect of our repair process—from sales estimating, repair planning, parts management, scheduling and production.

As the only Toyota Certified Collision repair facility in the state of Maine, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality repair, as quickly as possible, at the lowest possible cost.

We have recently introduced a visual repair planning system to help us track your vehicle through every stage of the collision repair process.  As you can see from the illustration below, this vehicle has information specific to the repair that has been approved either by the owner of the vehicle or by their insurance company.  This information is updated throughout the repair process by every technician involved in the repair.  Of course, this information is also updated in our computer system, but the visual repair plan ensures that everyone involved in restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition can quickly evaluate its repair status at a glance.
