To qualify for a refund, the following terms and conditions will apply:

Terms and Conditions

·         The competing quote must be in writing and from an in-state tire dealer.

·         The quote must be an exact SKU match for the tire purchased and should be referenced on the written quote.

·         The quote must be dated within 10 calendar days of the tire purchase made at Downeast.

·         Quotes from the internet will be considered, but will not be guaranteed. For consideration, the final price quote must include the price of the tires, the price of the road hazard and the freight to ship the tires.

Refund Policy

·         Eligibility for a refund will be determined by the Service Manager, Parts Manager or General Manager after being presented with a written quote meeting the terms and conditions listed above.

·         The refund will be issued within two business days using the same form of payment used for the tire purchase; i.e., credit or debit card, check or cash, once eligibility has been approved.

·         The amount of the refund will be for the net difference between the final price for tires paid at Downeast and final price listed on the competing quote. 

·         Labor and other costs associated with tire installation will not be considered in calculating refunds.
