We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties as permitted by law. For example we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third party financial service providers such as banks and leasing companies necessary to carry out your transaction with us that you have authorized.

When we provide nonpublic personal information of customers to a third party as described by this privacy policy and allowed by law, we expect that outside party to maintain similar standards of conduct for keeping such infor­mation confidential.

OPT-OUT

If you prefer that we do not disclose nonpublic information we collect to third parties as described above (other than information we are permitted by law to disclose) you may opt-out of those disclosures; that is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures. If you wish to opt-out out of disclosures to third parties you may do so by contacting us during regular business hours at 1-800-869-6827 within 30 days of your receipt of this notice.

We restrict employee access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know the information to provide our products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public personal information that you provide to us.
